Recently Bank Asia Limited has launched QR-code based payment into its banking and payment services. Its core technology has been developed by the local leading company in payments and security, Kona Software Lab Ltd. The project launching ceremony was held at Bank Asia's head office in Paltan, Dhaka. Md. Arfan Ali, the Managing Director of Bank Aisa Limited and Minaoar Hossain Tanzil, the Managing Director of Kona SL were both present among other high officials at the launching ceremony.
