“Our priority is to continue to deliver great Internet experience through our 4G network and products.
“We are also continuously enhancing our customers’ experience, which includes expanding our retail and online presence,” said Maxis Sabah region head Ng Chak Khin.
MaxisONE Home Fibre was also officially launched earlier this year in Sabah and Sarawak, which offers superfast home Internet speeds of up to 100Mbps, unlimited data, voice calls and professional WiFi setup.
For prepaid, Hotlink Fast was introduced in Sabah and Sarawak in June this year, offering customers free 8GB of 4G Internet every weekend each month, 1,000 minutes of free calls to Friendz and free 30GB of Hotlink Happy Hour.
Exclusively for Sabah and Sarawak customers, Hotlink recently teamed up with Grab to launch the Hotlink Fast Track GrabRewards promotion.
From Dec 11 to 24, all Maxis and Hotlink customers can also earn four times GrabRewards points for each ride in Sabah and Sarawak when they enter the unique promo code for their next Grab ride.
For Hotlink customers, they can get their promo code at www.hotlink.com.my/grabrewards while Maxis customers can get theirs from the MyMaxis App.
In addition, Maxis continues to expand its retail footprint in Sabah to better serve customers.
In 2017, Maxis opened two new Maxis Centres at Api Api and Lintas, as well as 10 new hybrid stores, covering Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, Putatan, Sipitang, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Keningau, Beaufort and Semporna.
