Brazilian mobile giant Vivo has introduced VoLTE technology for subscribers in Brasilia, the country’s federal capital. The launch means that Brasilia is only the second market in which Vivo offers VoLTE on a commercial basis, following the service’s activation in Rio Verde in July this year.
