The CEO of Airtel Madagascar, Maixent Bekangba, announced on Twitter that the company officially launched its LTE network at a ceremony in Tulear, attended by the country’s minister of Telecommunications and Digital Development.
Currently available in around 50 locations, the new services will soon be extended across Madagascar, including rural areas, with 150 locations planned for the first quarter of 2018.
