UPC Polska’s fibre offer, which includes internet access at up to 500Mbps, is now available on over 85% of its network.
According to the operator, the reach has been extended to six more cities – Kolobrzeg, Legnica, Swidnik, Oswiecim, Tarnowskie Gory and Radom – in the last few months. It also says it has enhanced its offer with Happy Home, which already has over 300,000 customers.
Commenting on these developments, Lucian Mataoanu, sales and expansion director at UPC Polska, said: “We have a great, competitive offer for our customers, so we will continue to expand our network and consolidate it in the cities we already present in. Our research shows that current customers value UPC primarily for the high quality of service provided. The reliability of our network is also determined by independent research, such as the public Speed Test, which measures the speed of the internet provided by operators. UPC is always in the forefront of this ranking, which proves that the super fast internet in our network is not just a promise, but a fact”.
Under the GIGAWorld initiative, Liberty Global and UPC Polska have invested close to €408 million in Poland in the period 2013-17.
