Azur RCA (Centrafrique), the Central African Republic’s fourth largest cellco by subscribers, has been shut down on a temporary basis by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT), reports Journal de Bangui.
The decision was made this week following a meeting between the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Justin Gourna-Zacko and Azur employees who claimed several months of salary arrears.
