AVOXI enhances international toll free number service in South Asia

AVOXI expands its international toll free number service in South Asia, including added and extended service in the countries of Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan. This service expansion includes additional mobile and landline coverage, competitive pricing for both phone number acquisition and rates, plus a greater inventory of numbers to select. Each phone number comes with AVOXI’s online portal that allows clients to manage their phone numbers and services easily and efficiently.

As a global communication provider, AVOXI’s extended services in South Asia contributes to the company’s mission to provide reliable and easy-to-manage phone services to clients across the world. Building and maintaining relationships with more than 40 carriers, AVOXI connects with local providers in countries like Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan to offer cost-effective, high quality voice service.

“Forming strong relationships with local carriers in South Asia cements our ability to provide premier service. Our goal at AVOXI is to provide our clients with the means to communicate with their customers located anywhere in the world. This expansion was key to our continued pursuit of this goal,” explained Weston Edmunds, executive vice president and head of carrier relations at AVOXI.

“Our clients are always at the forefront of our mind,” adds David Wise, chief executive officer at AVOXI. “When we discovered the need for expanded service in South Asia, we made it our mission to find the best way to achieve that. That’s where our local partnerships truly come into play.”

Using AVOXI’s cloud communications platform, all clients’ numbers come with 40+ business-class phone features such as call forwarding, call recording, auto attendant, and more. Clients easily access and manage numbers as well as their call forwarding rules and customized interactive voice response/auto attendants (IVRs). The AVOXI Core platform allows clients to use the VoIP service as a standalone business phone system or to integrate into their existing business phone system. No hardware purchase is necessary.
