Ukrainian national telecommunications regulator NKRZI has issued new licences and existing permits. It granted a new licence to provide fixed local telephony services to Mega Link, enabling it to serve 1,000 telephone numbers in the Poltava, Zaporizhzhia and Cherkasi regions, as well as in the city of Kiev, for five years.
The regulator has also prolonged the licence to Datagroup to supply fixed line services over more than 10,000 telephone numbers in the Khmelnitsky region. The licence is valid until 29 January, 2023.
Telecommunications group Vega has received a licence to use an additional 5 MHz band for broadband services in the city of Kiev. The licence is valid for five years.
