Leading Belgian internet provider by subscribers Proximus has begun the rollout of its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband service by deploying initially in the Deurne neighbourhood of Antwerp.
The company announced that it plans to cover 40,000 homes with FTTH technology in three years, and is aiming to connect 5,000 homes by the end of 2017.
