Avaya’s range of cloud-based solutions and professional services are already helping businesses in Bahrain easily and cost-effectively achieve their digital transformation objectives.
Avaya’s presence in the Kingdom is also represented through strategic business partnerships with some of the most innovative companies in Bahrain, including Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), VIVA Bahrain, Fakhro Electronics and Maicom IT Services. Through these collaborations, Avaya’s communication solutions are deployed with prominent, public-sector customers including the recent ICT infrastructure transformation of Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco), the national oil company of Bahrain. The company has also worked closely with private-sector businesses such as Idbar Bank, Mesk Holding and YBA Kanoo to enable the delivery of superior customer experiences.
Programs aimed at exploring new communication and collaboration technologies in Bahrain are being driven in part by sizeable eGovernment and eCommerce initiatives aimed at achieving economic diversification. The Kingdom’s ICT sector is already witnessing 10.3% annual revenue growth and is projected to reach USD2.7 billion by 20201.
