Russian national operator Rostelecom has completed the deployment of its GPON in the town of Rasskazovo in the Tambov region. It has begun commercial operation, passing private residences in the town. Rostelecom plans to continue the expansion of its GPON in Rasskazovo, as well as in the entire region.
