Leading telecom services operator Viva Bahrain has re-opened its flagship store at City Centre Bahrain following a major transformation of its retail store to showcase the latest technology solutions and enable the customer to experience them first hand.
Commenting on the store's relaunch, Karim Tabbouche, the chief commercial officer at Viva Bahrain said: "Customer experience is at the core of our offering and wanted to give our customers the option to experience the latest in technology. As Bahrain’s leading telecom operator, we wanted to drive product innovations across the technology ecosystem, devices, IoT, lifestyle and services."
"Our objective is to offer a retail environment that is engaging and enable us to have a dialog with our customers," he noted.
"Going forward, we will be rolling out customer-focused technology concepts across all our VIVA stores, to showcase our solutions in a manner that offers enhanced and real-life experience," he added.
The newly-revamped store now sports a fresh look, that is vibrant and welcoming. It will showcase all the latest services and products and includes not only voice, internet broadband, the latest smartphones, tablets but also high-end lifestyle electronics and accessories.
Moreover, the outlet will also feature a dedicated section on VIVA Connected Life offerings with fully-integrated home IoT experience zones for customers to experience such products first hand.
To mark the relaunch, Viva is giving its subscribers special discounts on latest smartphones, available exclusively at City Centre Bahrain outlet, which will include BD20 ($53) off on Huawei Mate 9 and P10, Samsung S8 and S8 Plus in addition to Playstation 4 Slim 500 GB bundle.
Additionally, the customers will also get up to BD70 discount on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus device add-ons and a special package of BD10 on iPhone For Life promotion.
The store at City Centre Bahrain was first opened in 2012 and is the telecom operator’s biggest retail outlet.
