Telekom Romania will continue to invest in the expansion of its own LTE mobile network in areas with high data traffic in order to reduce its reliance on Orange's infrastructure, according to OTE CEO Michael Tsamaz cited by local paper Ziarul Financar. Tsamaz was speaking during a meeting with analysts and investors. Tsamaz said this approach allows the company to replace the expensive arrangements through which it has access to Orange's LTE network and will also support the future performance of the company.
