Ivory Coast’s national regulator Artci has launched the process to appoint a third party for the management of the country’s number portability database, working in cooperation with mobile operators MTN, Orange and Moov. According toAgenceEcofin, the regulator has requested that the country’s mobile networks prepare for the implementation of a centralised database by the end of the year at the latest.
