Telekom Deutschland plans to build out its LTE 900 network, with the goal of offering "LTE everywhere" by the end of 2019. In major cities, including Bonn, Cologne, Leipzig and Stuttgart, the LTE 900 network build is complete and in operation. By the end of 2017, LTE 900 will be available in over 4,000 German locations. Users will not face any additional charges or tariffs.
