Siemens will present technology for digitalised manufacturing and industrialisation in the Middle East under the banner of ‘Discover the Value of the Digital Enterprise,’ during the first Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit (GMIS) in Abu Dhabi held March 27-30.
The company’s exhibition at GMIS demonstrates how digital technologies can drive a robust, globally competitive industrial sector in the Middle East, harnessing the digital enterprise to develop high-tech manufacturing with shorter time to market, greater flexibility and improved efficiency and quality.
Siemens will showcase technologies for the full digital enterprise, cyber security, energy optimisation, industrialised 3D printing and product lifecycle management. For the first time in the Middle East, Siemens will also introduce MindSphere, its open, cloud-based Internet of Things (IoT) operating system for industry, which helps businesses turn data into knowledge for measured business success.
