The Tunisian telecoms authority INT (Instance Nationale des Telecommunications) has opened a consultation on new measures aiming to increase transparency for consumers, detailing the way in which ISPs and network operators need to communicate and advertise their services. In particular, the regulator is proposing to enforce a minimum set of information for telecoms and added value services, alongside specific rules on how the terms and conditions of advertised offers need to be displayed via TV, press and outdoors marketing activity.
