STC won the best project in the Middle East region (Optical Transport Network) award, which is in recognition of STC's aims to raise the efficiency and reliability of the international network to better serve its clients. In addition, STC, won the SEA-ME-5 submarine 2016 cable award. Both awards emphasize STC’s leading role in the area of wholesale services at the local, regional and international levels.
