Airtel Ghana is awarded for learning and development practices

Airtel Ghana, the telecom brand of the year was over the weekend crowned the best organisation for learning and development practices at the maiden HR Focus Awards 2015. The prestigious award places Airtel Ghana at the pinnacle of organisations that invests in learning and development for its employees and providing them with the best environment to thrive and to be at their best.

Speaking about the recognition, Tina Muparadzi, Airtel's Human Resource Director said "At Airtel we are big believers in the power of potential and the ability of every one to realize their full potential given the right environment and commitment from leadership. The HR Focus Awards is organised by the HR Focus Magazine to reward organisations that have distinguished themselves in HR best practices.


Airtel Ghana was nominated for 8 out of the 11 categories at the awards.
