SK Telecom announced that it has significantly strengthened the functions of its AI agent 'A.' by adding 'Gemini 2.0 Flash', the latest model of Google's LLM 'Gemini'. With this expansion, Adot now offers users access to five global AI services, including SKT's 'A.X', 'GPT', 'Claude', 'Perplexity', and 'Gemini'. The platform currently supports 12 AI models.
The newly added 'Gemini 2.0 Flash' is an upgraded version of the previous '1.5 Flash' model, offering significantly improved response time and performance. It features twice the speed of the '1.5 Pro' model in major benchmarks. Users will also benefit from real-time Google search results alongside AI-generated answers, with a source page navigation feature for verifying content.
SKT plans to continue integrating Google's latest LLMs into Adot. Earlier this month, the company also added 'Perplexity Sonar Pro' and 'GPT o3-mini' to the platform. 'Perplexity Sonar Pro' utilizes twice as many search sources as its predecessor and improves contextual understanding in ongoing conversations, enhancing response accuracy. The 'GPT o3-mini' model excels in solving complex logic problems, interpreting mathematical formulas, and generating programming code.
