Qvantel, a major name in digital business support systems (BSS), has announced that it has implemented the customer relationship management (CRM) system from Qvantel Flex BSS for Mexican mobile operator Altan Redes.
Altan Redes will provide access to the CRM system, running on AWS, to over 70 different mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).
Qvantel says its system was implemented in just 75 days. The configuration over coding approach of Flex, Qvantel’s library of out-of-the-box use cases and running the system on AWS cloud contributed to a rapid implementation.
The company explains that says that Qvantel Flex BSS is a no / low code, cloud-native digital BSS that is enabling communication service providers to quickly transform to digital service providers.
