Telecom Egypt, the leading telecom operator in Egypt, has announced a multi-year agreement with Mada Communications (Mada®), a prominent telecom solutions provider, to become its preferred strategic international SMS service provider.
Following a rigorous selection process, Telecom Egypt selected Mada® as its strategic partner due to Mada®’s extensive expertise, solid partnerships with local and international institutions, and robust security measures. Mada®’s platform adaptability and seamless compatibility with Telecom Egypt’s existing systems were also crucial factors in this decision.
Mada® will manage all International Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services, including two-factor authentication and automated notifications. This partnership enables Telecom Egypt to leverage Mada®’s capabilities to deliver a superior customer experience while maximizing A2P messaging revenues.
