H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Saud Altamimi the Communications, Space and Technology Commission Governor inspected the readiness of the ICT sector in the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, in pursuit to promote the services provided to pilgrims during Hajj season 2024.
The CEO of Jeddah Airport, Eng. Mazen bin Mohammed Johar escorted H.E. Altamimi for an inspection that covered all arrival halls designated for pilgrims from various destinations, it also involved checking telecom company sales outlets to ensure their qualification in serving pilgrims' needs for SIM cards, internet access and related services.
H.E. concluded his tour by emphasizing the importance of joining forces in providing all ICT services with top-notch quality, in line with the leadership’s directions to harness efforts for serving the pilgrims, and prepare to manage this season’s crowd. H.E. also expressed his sincere appreciation to HRH the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for their un limited support in ensuring pilgrims' comfort.
