M6 has reported a strong start for its rebooted streaming service M6+.
Despite only launching on May 14, the new streamer achieved 21.9 million monthly users in May, an increase of 29% on 2023.
Daily users rose by 21% to 1.8 million.
The RTL-owned channel is replacing the former 6play, in the process doubling the amount of free content to 30,000 hours, a third of which is exclusive to the platform.
In addition to video, the multimedia platform is also offering a selection of podcasts taken from audio content produced by the M6 Group.
It wants to double the consumption of online content and triple the revenues generated from them through streaming by 2028.
