Operations Manager

Zulekha has come on board as Operations Manager, in her current role she will be actively involved in defining and implementing operational values, process and procedures to support the organization’s business vision, mission road map.

Prior to joining SAMENA COUNCIL, she has been in UAE since 1995 and has over 18 years of experience in MNC’s, Financial Institutions and Government organizations in UAE.

She has diversified and multi-cultural exposure and soft spoken in her approach. She usually keeps her feet on ground by having customer face times while her curiosity and learning agility allow her to develop quickly a vision for the business. Her entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and people management skills coupled with her good finance understanding allow her to drive the team during the execution & managed phase in order to realize our dreams while rewarding our shareholders.

She holds MBA in HR & Business Administration and collectively brings HR, Operations & Admin best practices, Competent in strategic planning, sketching and implementing policies effectively.
