Gurol Kurt has spent over 15 years in the management consulting industry with 360° experience ranging from developing customer based strategies to implementing them to create higher ROI for client companies. He led consulting assignments mainly in the telecommunications, banking, financial institutions, postal services, oil distribution and manufacturing industries with some of the world’s most respected companies.

Mr. Kurt, in his current post with Peppers and Rogers Groups, as a Partner in the Telecommunications Practice, is advising many operators in the region on customer value management, development of multiplay and converged service strategy, customer experience improvement, next generation loyalty programs and customer centric transformation. Prior to joining PRG Regional Practice, Mr. Kurt was based in the US where he advised on customer insight based marketing strategies development as well a CRM capabilities deployment for reputable US companies.

Gurol has been a key speaker in various global and regional seminars and conferences on issues of strategic customer relationship, customer value management and convergence strategies.
