Santino is Partner at Deloitte & Touche (M.E.) and Leader for TMT (Telecommunications, Media, Technology) industries in Middle East across multiple service lines (Management Consulting, Financial Advisory Services, Tax, Audit, Enterprise Risk Services). He has more than 20 years of telecommunications, media and high tech industry experience having worked both in industry and consulting organizations. He has been senior responsible of TMT practice in Value Partners, Spectrum Strategy Consultants, Booz Allen & Hamilton and  A.T.Kearney. He has also worked for several international organizations including Telecom Italia Group (Italtel), Eli Lilly, Procter & Gamble, Harvard Smithsonian Institute and has started his own high tech consulting company.

Santino has worked across a large number of countries across regions: Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, Poland), Middle East/Gulf Countries (Jordan, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey), Africa (South Africa, Morocco, Sudan), USA, Latin America (Argentina, Brazil), and India. He has been working closely with telecommunications operators (fixed and mobile, incumbent and new entrants), internet service providers, media companies, regulatory bodies, content providers, sports organizations and equipment manufacturers. He has been active in the Middle East region since 1996.

He has led and executed more than a hundred projects in the following areas: Strategy and Business Plan, Program Management of Large Scale Projects, Due Diligence, Alliance Development, E-Business and M-Commerce, Strategic Transformation , Network operations, Marketing and New Services, Organization and Processes Improvements, Business Operations Start-up, Regulatory Issues, Privatization and license bidding, Technology evaluation, Internet start-up’s.

Santino has worked extensively in the area of media and new media across platforms: TV, IPTV, Mobile TV, FTA and pay-TV. In the region he has also lead the development of Arab Media Outlook reports 2009-2013 and 2011-2015 jointly with Dubai Press Club as well as a number of other initiatives for the development of the regional media industry.

Santino has a degree in Electronic Engineering followed by MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in Dubai, married, with one daughter.
