Jitesh is a Director with PwC and leads the Deals practice in Qatar since January 2011. He has over 15 years of experience in providing strategy, corporate finance, structuring and valuations services. He has provided lead advisory services on transactions involving joint ventures, alliances, M&A and public private partnerships, ranging from $20m to $10billion.

He has worked across a wide range of sectors including TMT, infrastructure and hospitality; and geographies mainly covering EMEA. Clients have included corporates, Sovereign Wealth Funds’, Governments and private equity. His clients in Qatar include Qatari Diar, Qatar Holdings, Qtel, Qatar Satellite Company and Qatar Rail amongst others. Prior to his move to Qatar, he was a Director in PwC’s Corporate Finance team in London specialisingin the telecoms and infrastructure sectors. He has successfully delivered transactions in Qatar, UAE, Oman and Iraq. Jitesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales, holds an executive MBA from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
