Eamon Holley is a senior legal consultant within DLA Piper's Intellectual Property and Technology team in the Middle East, based in the firm's Dubai office. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Eamon was legal director of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in Bahrain (TRA) where his remit included the application and oversight of the TRA's powers as well as its internal functions. Eamon's tenure as legal director spanned one of the most exciting periods in the telecommunications market liberalisation in Bahrain and the Gulf region as a whole. His extensive experience of the telecommunications sector, both in the region and further afield, brings unrivalled levels of capabilities to the firm. Eamon advises multinational telco operators on all aspects of telecom regulation in the region, including interconnection, access, licensing as well as emerging issues such as M2M.
