Arthur D. Little

Andrea Faggiano is Principal of Arthur D. Little and leads the competence center focused on Strategic Advisory Services for Competition and Regulation (SASCAR) within the TIME (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics) practice.

He has been active in this industry for 14 years already, whose 12 with Arthur D. Little.
His interests are primarily focused on three functional areas:

  • Growth strategies and M&A
  • Network and Wholesale economics
  • Regulation and Competition
He is usually invited as expert in boardrooms and private events for sharing insights and perspectives regarding future market scenarios and competition trends.

Andrea had major responsibilities in and was in charge of more than 60 assignments in Strategy, Organization and Technology for: fixed, broadband and infrastructure operators (xDSL, NGAN), mobile and wireless operators (2G, 3G, 4G, Wimax), international carriers, content aggregators, media players and broadcasters. He also supported many investors in corporate finance, due diligence (sell/buy side), spectrum bid management and transaction support.

Andrea received a Master in Electronic Engineering in 1998 from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the department Information and Systems of University of Rome (Italy) where he managed several research projects funded by the European Framework Programs. Later he was network manager and investment planner at Wind Telecommunications SpA (Italy).

Andrea is fluent in Italian (mother tongue), English and Spanish.
